It happened again. I created a monster Ambrosia Maple Charcuterie board that is big enough for the wildest rager, dinner party, get together or regular old hootenanny.
The staining left behind from the Ambrosia beetle on this New England hardwood is nothing short of amazingly beautiful. Add a gnarled spot on one end and this is truly a magical piece of wood. Big and bad enough to take center stage command at any party it uses go beyond just that of a charcuterie platter. Use it as a carving board on Thanksgiving or other high holiday, break bread on it - or use it to display pretty much anything - or hang it on a wall - it is that nice.
