Our handy dandy little herb stripper is just the thing to cut down on prep time. 

Stripping off herb leaves one by one can be a tedious time suck if you didn’t practice mise en place ahead of time. Imagine your brown butter beginning to burn or the time your thyme wasn’t plucked. Or the pizza is hot, fresh and ready but the basil is still stuck to the stem. Or your mojito is waiting on that final muddled ingredient, but the mint is stuck to it’s stalk.
