Tips and Ideas 


The best charcuterie boards are the ones you put together with whatever you like best. I have offered some suggestions to get your creative juices flowing, feel free to use these and explore more combinations. 


Meat: Salami, prosciutto, pepperoni, nduja, chorizo, sausage, flank steak, bacon, lardo


Cheese: Provolone, brie, gruyere, gouda, mozzarella, blue, gorgonzola, parmesan 


Nuts & Seeds: Peanuts, cashews, walnuts, chestnuts, sunflower seeds


Crackers: Rice crackers, sesame sticks, saltines, pretzels, triscuits


Veggies: Carrot sticks, broccoli, grape tomatoes, olives, roasted peppers, sun dried tomatoes, mushrooms, brussel sprouts, sugar snap peas


Fruits: Grapes, strawberries, apple wedges, avocado, kiwi, honey dew - add in dried fruit chips like bananas and pineapple


Pickled: Pickles, red onions, Dilly Beans, jalapenos, mushrooms, carrots


Garnish: Hummus, mustard, jams, compote, whipped lardo
