Well the inaugural Connecticut Chili Classic went off with a bang yesterday - 15 competitors and over 400 people attended this event. Rustic Wares had some good buzz going around the event due to our use of four, yes four different kinds of meat, goat, buffalo, hot sausage and beef. In the end, people's hearts and stomachs went with something a little more traditional, but rumor has it we placed third in the people's choice selection - that came with no trophy, but a good time all around.
