I spent the weekend in Vermont with some old college friends at an off the grid cabin. No electricity, no running water - heat source from a massive old pot bellied wood stove which got the cabin up to 80 in no time.
The opportunity to shut your phone off and hang out with friends for a couple of days is a beautiful thing. It also gives me the chance to walk through the woods and get inspiration from all of the things around me. The way nature makes it's own designs gives me idea to create a new table, piece of art or light design.
Live edge wood is obviously everywhere and let's your imagination run wild with what is possible for a next design. I hope you get inspired during your walks in the woods.
